The PM Skills and Competency Assessment measures the Process Groups, Knowledge Areas, and Project Management Framework recommended by the Project Management Institute (PMI®) for project managers to use. Business Analysis Assessment
ACRA also offers the BA Skills and Competency Assessment measures the Knowledge Areas, Performance Competencies, and Underlying Competencies recommended by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA®) for business analysts to use. Upon completion of the Business Analysis Assessment, each individual receives a detailed report depicting baseline scores in each of these areas.
