Overview
Using a best-practices approach, participants discover how to create a relevant framework for managing expectations in both project and service focused environments. Participants learn proactive techniques and approaches for setting and managing expectations that contribute to productive business relationships, as well as how to determine what is “behind” ambiguous requests and statements.
Participants also learn effective strategies for pro-actively communicating unexpected news and events, and how to manage conflict. Workshops and a case study reinforce the lecture and discussions.
