The IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) is an industry best practice framework for IT Service Management (ITSM). It was developed in 1989 by the UK government, and is rapidly being adopted across the world as the standard for best practice in IT Service Management.
EXIN, the global IT examination provider is an independent organization establishing educational requirements, and developing and organizing examinations in the field of Information Technology. EXIN is well known worldwide for its ITIL certificates in IT Service Management.
Loyalist College of Applied Arts & Technology, in partnership with the European Examination Institute for Information Science (Exin) have undertaken to provide examinations and certifications across Canada. There are three levels of IT Service Management qualifications that you can pursue: Foundation, Practitioner and Service Manager.
