Overview:This course is for all IT professionals and those in the non-IT organizations who work closely with IT services who require a basic understanding on quality of IT service delivery, as well as obtain the Foundation certification in IT Service Management based on the new ITIL Version 3. The course was developed in line with the ITIL V3 Framework. Its purpose is to provide participants in the training program with the necessary information required to successfully achieve ITIL V3 Foundation certification. This course is comprised of 75% lecture covering ITIL common language, concept overview of the Service Lifecycle, and ITIL V3 models and process goals, activities, and relationships. There is enhanced learning through extensive exercises and daily homework assignments to review and consolidate the learning throughout the day, and to prepare for the Foundation V3 certification exam. The exam is typically scheduled for the morning after the last day of class.
